About Mindy
I’m a Martha Beck-trained Wayfinder life coach.
Like so many of us, I’ve spent my life seeking a healthy balance between work, family, wellness, and joy. And trust me, the struggles of self-induced guilt for “not doing enough” or “not being enough” are struggles I know well.
I've lived the experience of wanting to find fulfillment — without feeling the pressures of expectation.
It’s been through my own exploration of mindfulness that I’ve gained clarity about who I am, and the life I want.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
Partnering with me means finding joy amidst the challenge.
Together, we'll embark on a transformative journey through introspective questioning to guide you toward the life you desire.
By tapping into your intuition, we’ll teach you how to trust it. By uncovering your limiting thoughts, we’ll flag them as untrue.
At the end of our time together, you'll have cleared the path to a life of fulfillment — and gained the tools to navigate the terrain.

In 2021, I took the next step in creating my own life of fulfillment. I embarked on my journey through Martha Beck’s ICF-accredited Wayfinder Life Coach training program and have loved supporting others in their personal growth ever since.

Completing my Yoga Alliance–approved YTT program was a vital step in my self-discovery. By exploring the different layers of the self — the physical, the mental, the emotional, and the energetic — I learned how to attune to the changes necessary to live a balanced and peaceful life.

As a regular meditator for over three decades, it was time to sharpen my skills as a practitioner and educator. I dove deeper into advanced training with a focus on meditation, vinyasa yoga, pranayama, and ayurveda: a natural system of medicine with the goal of living in balance with nature.

I earned my Masters in neuropsychology from the University of Northern Colorado prior to my 17 years’ experience in clinical research in psychiatry at Yale University. My thirst for knowledge has led me to coaching, where I guide from the perspective that we’re all complex beings with the power to create our own happiness.

As a Reiki II Practitioner trained by Lourdes Gray, RMT of The John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the nuances of energy. This allows me to connect with my clients and teach them tools to relieve stress, balance their energy, and promote healing from the inside out.

I love to move and have considered myself an athlete all my life. Exercise has taught me that when we feel healthy and strong, we navigate what life brings us more skillfully. Empowering others to positively impact their own lives has led to a 15-year career as a Certified Jazzercise Instructor. We dance!
